For over 22 years, I have been representing and assisting developers, contractors, subcontractors, homeowners, landlords, lenders, title insurance companies, small business owners, trustees, beneficiaries, testators, and executors in disputes involving, among other things, real estate titles, real estate transactions, commercial lease agreements, mechanic's liens, construction defect claims, insurance coverage, surety claims, ownership of closely-held corporations, business agreements, wills and trusts. I also have substantial experience drafting, revising and negotiating a variety of contracts, including construction contracts, subcontracts, real estate purchase agreements, commercial and residential lease agreements, employment contracts, non-compete agreements, non-disclosure agreements, settlement agreements, and vendor contracts.
