Thankful for life, liberty, and happiness.Mr. Marks uses his personal and professional business, legal, and government experience to assist his clients with transactions in business and in residential and commercial real estate. Mr. Marks regularly drafts contracts and agreements.As the managing attorney, Mr. Marks also is experienced in divorce, timesharing, and custody issues as well as domestic violence cases. He uses his business and litigation experience to assist family law clients to shed light on these issues in family law cases. Mr. Marks has drafted numerous premarital agreements between prospective spouses made in contemplation of marriage and post-marital agreements. Mr. Marks founded Westchase Law, P.A. and Westchase Title, LLC in Tampa, Florida and attended the George Mason School of Law.While in law school, Mr. Marks graded on to the Law Review and served as the Symposium Editor before practicing in Virginia and in Washington, D.C. where he practiced in the emerging companies and commercial real estate practice groups at a prominent law firm and gained experience at another multi-state law firm in commercial litigation while he developed a general practice which included estate planning and other business law matters.His experience also includes real estate closings and disputes, commercial leases, commercial litigation, corporate formation and transactions, estate planning (including wills, revocable living trusts, and power of attorney documents), probate, defamation litigation, and employment law.Mr. Marks serves on the Board of the Westchase Charitable Foundation and has served on the Board of Church at the Bay.
