Evan has been able to help clients throughout South Florida in real estate, foreclosure defense, consumer protection, and personal injury matters. He has helped serve people through trials, appeals, short sales, principal reductions, deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, cash for keys, dismissals, discharges and more. He and his legal team have won numerous trials and appeals utilizing a comprehensive, ethical, and aggressive approach based on their experience and expertise. No two cases are the exact same but Evan and his team have served clients and won cases based many different kinds of procedural and substantive issues. Evan has a well-earned reputation as an accomplished litigator. Sometimes, just his appearance in a cases results in the other side making an offer to settle. If all attempts to resolve a case fail, or if a client just wants their day in court, Evan and his team do all that is possible to win--treating each case as if it was their own.
