Biography

Mr. Philip Adams is licensed in all Louisiana state courts, the federal Western District of Louisiana, the U.S. Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Adams practices in the areas of criminal defense and personal injury law. In criminal defense, he has experience in trials, appeals, and post-conviction proceedings in a broad range of criminal cases. Furthermore, he has broad experience in handling expungements to help clients clear their criminal records. Mr. Adams has handled sex offender registration issues. Mr. Adams has defended against protective orders on behalf of clients. Mr. Adams has defended factually innocent clients. Mr. Adams is passionate about the work that he does in defending clients and strives to give clients the best representation that he can. Believing that all Americans are entitled to the fullest protections of the Constitution and law, he vigorously works to defend clients through complete investigation of the factual issues in every case, through legal research, through motion filing, and through negotiations or trials when appropriate. In personal injury representation, Mr. Adams works hard to make clients whole and help them get deserved compensation for the injuries that they sustain.
