With offices in St. Louis, Jefferson City, and Kansas City, Robbins Law Firm's focus is Missouri medical cannabis law compliance, criminal defense, DWI, and petitions for expungement. In its cannabis law practice, RLF shepherds clients through the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program. RLF represents medical cannabis licensees and affiliate business/vendors in transactions including: create, form legal entities; draft and negotiate contracts; advise on general governance, commercial, and compliance matters; complete and file legally required forms; design personnel policies and/or counsel on real estate, state regulatory, and licensing matters, contactual agreements to provide products to other MO licensed medical marijuana companies; and licensing agreements with out of state companies for use of their products.
