Biography
Rob’s legal practice has focused on commercial and civil litigation and business and real estate matters for nearly 20 years. Rob earned his B.S. in Business Management and B.A. in Political Science (Public Administration) from The University of Montana. In 2003, after several years of real world work experience in Portland, Oregon, Rob earned his J.D., cum laude, from Tulane Law School in New Orleans, along with a certificate in Environmental Law. There, Rob was a Managing Editor of the Tulane Environmental Law Journal.After six years of litigation-focused practice in Albuquerque, Rob returned to Missoula in 2009. Rob’s statewide practice continues to focus on commercial and civil litigation, construction and real estate disputes, insurance matters, probate disputes, business and real estate negotiations and transactions, civil appeals and mediations. Rob is peer rated “Distinguished” by Martindale Hubbell and holds a “10 Superb” AVVO rating.
