Biography

I have been practicing in the field of personal injury law for more than 40 years. I enjoy the close relationships, which I build with my clients throughout the course of a case. I do my best to put my clients at ease and trust that they feel safe and secure in the environment we have created in our firm. I represent people who suffer personal injuries arising from all types of motor vehicle accidents, such as car, bus, truck, and commercial vehicles. Also, injuries from motor vehicle accidents arising from uninsured and under-insured motor vehicles. I also prosecute slip and fall cases against commercial property owners, supermarkets and big box stores. I also represent people who have been injured by dog bites. In addition, I represent people injured in the course of their employment. These are commonly referred to as workers comp cases. In addition, I defend people charged with any type of motor Cecile violations (tickets), DWI, possession of CDS and other maters handling in our state's municipal courts.

A: The answer depends on a number of factors, some of which are: What is your tort threshold on your auto policy, i.e. your right to sue for pain and suffering, Have you had a MRI since this accident and any before the accident and what do they demonstrate, What is the nature and extent of your treatment for the present accident. You should speak with an attorney who is Certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Lawyer, many of whom answer questions herein. Gerald D. Siegel, Esq.
