Wayne earned his J.D. Degree from the University of Arkansas in 2002 and his LL.M in Taxation from the University of Missouri in 2003. Wayne has extensive experience in taxation, estate planning, real estate and general business law drawing on decades of business experience prior to entering the practice of law having first obtained his B.S. in Accounting from Northeastern State University in 1990. He concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, wills and trusts, contract and transactional law, business and commercial law, contracts, real estate, taxation and business litigation and appeals.Wayne is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit; U.S. District Court, Northern, Eastern and Western Districts of Oklahoma; U.S. Tax Court; U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Eastern and Northern Districts of Oklahoma; and the Cherokee Nation Tribal Courts.Wayne is active in a number of professional organizations including the Cherokee Nation Bar, the Cherokee County Bar Association, and is a tribal member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. Wayne and his family attend Cornerstone Fellowship Church in Tahlequah.
