Adam Savett is a complex litigator who represents small businesses, institutional investors, and government entities, in securities, antitrust, consumer protection, and other complex litigation.     A: According to the claims administrator's website: "You SHOULD receive a check or electronic payment from the Settlement Administrator within 60 days after the Settlement has been finally approved and/or after any appeals process is complete." (emphasis added). That approval was granted on March 11, 2021. Things can and do slow the process down, including if anyone appealed the Court's granting of final approval to the settlement.
