Biography

Nate Bingham focuses his practice on representing people that have suffered serious injuries in automobile, construction, and aviation accidents. Nate takes pride in aggressively pursuing each and every one of his cases and has been involved in numerous high profile trials. He is a board member of the King County Bar Association's Aviation Law Section and an EAGLE member of the Washington State Association for Justice.?Prior to joining Krutch Lindell, Nate worked for a national insurance defense firm and defended personal injury lawsuits on behalf of insurers and corporations. This gave Nate a unique understanding of the defense’s perspective that now helps him effectively litigate and negotiate cases on behalf of plaintiffs. Nate also worked as an Assistant City Prosecutor for the City of Seattle. As a former prosecutor, Nate has an insider’s understanding of law enforcement and the criminal justice system and maintains an active civil rights practice—bringing lawsuits against law enforcement agencies and other government entities that violate the rights of individuals.?Nate graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. During law school, Nate was a member of UW’s Moot Court Honor Board and was selected to “The Order of the Barristers,” a national honor society recognizing outstanding performance in moot court competitions. Nate won the UW’s interscholastic mock trial competition and was a regional champion and national finalist in the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Nate received his B.A. in anthropology from Bowdoin College. At Bowdoin, Nate played football and was a co-captain of the track and field team, receiving both all-conference academic honors and all-New England athletic honors.?Nate is licensed to practice law in Washington and Alaska, but regularly handles cases in other states and Canadian provinces on a pro hac vice basis.
